About Dr. Kim Davis

I earned my undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. My doctoral training included an internship at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and a fellowship at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. 

After completing my licensure in 2008, I returned to Austin to open a private psychology practice in my favorite city. Since then, I have gradually shifted from seeing mostly children to primarily seeing older teenagers, college students and adults. 

I consider myself lucky to have found a career that allows me to make a difference in people’s lives every day. In my free time, I enjoy all the nature, music, Tex Mex, and Longhorn sports that Austin has to offer in the company of my husband and two sons.
